The whole body of a human contains body parts like the head, arms, legs, belly, etc. When the body is measured with the basic unit of weight, i.e, kg (kilogram), with a measuring meter. Mostly, body weight is measured in terms of medical issues and when individuals want to reduce their body weight to remain healthy.

Is Overweight Dangerous for Humans?
Yes, the body weight of humans can be dangerous if weight is increased too high, and can cause serious illness. It is not necessary; only heavy weight can be dangerous, but in the same way being underweight also can be dangerous and create a cause of illness.

o A weak-bodied individual cannot walk on loose muscles and bones.
o Causing an increase in weakness and affecting the immune system of the body.
o Raising sugar issues, hair loss, bone growth, memory loss, feeling tired, and many more.

o Causing the following issue when fat is increasing and an individual can not control his body weight, like as;
o Blood pressure issue,
o Diabetes and stroke,
o Body and muscle pain,
o Sugar.
o Heart disease,
o Mental distress, depression, and anxiety.
Measurement of Body Mass Index (BMI)
After the medical research and new innovations in the medical field, it is so easy to control and measure body weight through the BMI (Body Mass Index). This measurement is calculated according to, person’s height, whether male or female.

Every person may maintain his/ her MBI rate, to remain healthy and to avoid harmful diseases. It is only possible when a person plans their diet, takes the required intake of food/calories. You can measure BMI online, as many sites are available to find out your BMI.

Losing body weight when junk foods are readily available in the local market, our children, the younger, and the elders are eating such foods like snacks, burgers, French fries, potato chips, cheese, cold drinks, soda, energy drinks, pizza, fried chicken, including all fast food and sugar treats etc. As per the medical specialist’s views that all junk food is dangers for health. But at the same time, losing body weight is so difficult and remaining healthy. However, regular exercise is necessary to consumed the unhealthy junk foods

According to a famous quote that “If you stay hungry, stop eating”, you may reduce the weight even if you take junk food, meaning if your body requires 2200 calories a day, but you consume only 1700 calories. A deficit of 500 calories can cause weight loss, as your body may consume stored calories of your body. It is not a good formula; you must walk on a daily basis and also reduce the intake of food, whether these can be junk food, etc. However, junk foods are unhealthy and should be avoided to eat on a regular basis.

Having with full of fat, sugar, and salt, etc. Instead of all demerits, people like fast food and they increase their body fat, but they are upset for a regular increase in weight. However, weight can be lost with regular look after. Propose a best dietary plan in view of the calorie intake.

The short answer is ‘Yes’, we occasionally can eat fast food being a friendly treat instead of routine nutritional food, to keep within the weekly calorie intake limit and to dodge such a habit. Must calculate the calorie intake and balance it with other foods, and try to avoid a fast food routine. Some vitamins and minerals are required for the human body to maintain daily life. Such as Vitamin A, B6, B9, C, D, K, B3, and minerals such as Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Iodine, Phosphorus, etc, which are can only be taken from dairy production, fruits, vegetables, fish, eggs, and poultry etc.

Fast food has no minerals and vitamins; it’s prepared with mixed chemical elements. Regular use of fast food can be risky for health because of high sugar, salt, heavy calories, and a lack of antioxidants. The only cause of the increase in body weight, which cannot be controlled and results creation of digestive disease, inflammation, memory loss, obesity, allergy, and heart disease etc.
If I Unhealthy: Eat Fast Food, but Exercise, Will I Lose Weight?

That morning walk/ daily exercise plays an important role and is a key of success to reduce the body weight, even a person take fast food, unhealthy food, but you cannot ignore the healthy diets which may provide vitamins and minerals.
How to Incorporate Junk Food Without Sabotaging Weight Loss
Getting up early in the morning is a good habit. call your friends to visit parks and enjoy exercise, it is not a burden. In the early days, you may feel uneasy, but after some time, you will enjoy the fresh air, meeting young people, who can be a source of your inspiration. You may incorporate Junk Food, and daily exercise will maintain your body weight without sabotaging of weight loss. Once again, implement and take healthy foods without compromising and balance your daily life. Junk foods are unhealthy and causing reason of many dangerous diseases.
